Audi India concluded the India leg of Audi quattro Cup 2015 in a closely contested final held in Istanbul, Turkey on July 11. The final was hosted at the Kemer Golf and Country Club. Harbir Singh Sukhija and Rohit Jhawar representing Audi Gurgaon garnered 38 points to qualify for the World Final to be held at Los Cabos, Mexico later this year.

Audi Twin Cup is a global event held annually since 1996. Members of the Audi dealer network participate in this championship each year to compete in the technology and service category. The fourth edition of the Audi National Twin Cup concluded recently, with six best teams each from the tech and service category from Audi India dealerships, participating in the finals held to determine the championship title.

Audi Twin Cup participants compete in the areas of diagnostics and repair, as well as in personal customer support to win this competition. Joe King, Head, Audi India, handed over the Audi Twin Cup trophy to ‘Audi Hyderabad’ which topped in the service category, while Alexis Joseph, Head – After Sales, Audi India, handed over the trophy to 'Audi Ludhiana' for securing the top spot in the technology category. 279 Audi dealer technicians and service advisors from 28 dealerships competed in the India championship.

Commenting on the occasion, King, said, “The Audi Twin Cup, in its fourth year in India, truly reflects the commitment of our Audi partners towards excellence and maximising efficiency in order to achieve customer delight. This competition is an impressive display of the customer-centric approach of our dealerships and their constant endeavor to enhance service to our customers. We have already achieved a significant increase in customer satisfaction with service – and we want to become even better. This is what we call Audi Top Service.”

The winning teams will represent India at the World Finals in Europe which will be held in the third quarter of 2015. These teams will compete with around 80 teams from across 40 countries. The Audi Twin Cup 2014 worldwide finals drew 75 teams with 219 service employees from international Audi dealerships. The preceding national competitions involved around 2,600 teams with about 7,800 participants.
