MRF-Rally-de-North-Winner
Arjun Rao and Satish Rajgopal - winners of the MRF Rally de North - Round 3 of the MRF FMSCI Indian National Rally Championship (INRC) 
 
Southern duo Arjun Rao and Satish Rajgopal triumphed in the MRF Rally de North - Round 3 of the MRF FMSCI Indian National Rally Championship (INRC) - while Dhirendra Kumar and Honey won the MRF FMSCI Indian Rally Championship (IRC). 
 
MRF Rally de North, the second gravel event of the INRC and IRC 2016 proved to be both challenging and exciting for all the competitors. The route was so grueling that many teams couldn’t finish the rally due to mechanical failure. 
 
Arjun Rao overtook Gaurav Gill in the points table while championship leader Amittrajit Ghosh held on to his lead despite a rear suspension failure that saw him finish 5th in the rally.
 
PG Abhilash, who won Round 1 and 2 of IRC crashed out in Stage 2. 
 
The team of Arjun Rao and Satish Rajgopal won the rally with an overall time of 47 minutes 10 seconds followed by Karna Kadur and Nikhil Pai fiishing as the first runners-up (48:04) and Gaurav Gill and Musa Sherif, securing the second runners-up (48:24) at the MRF Rally de North. Karna Kadur and Nikhil Pai also won the INRC 2000cc category.
 
The team of Dhirendra Kumar and Honey entered in the MRF FMSCI Indian Rally Championship (IRC) won their category with a time of 1:00:04 which ran concurrently with the INRC.
